Google+ has updated it’s app for iPhones -
Even though the app is not universal - you can see Google+ has high-res / retina display assets and so it renders quite ‘crisp’ even at 2x zoom on the iPad.
This is great job using fonts and HTML elements so the overall effect is impressive.
