Cool Climate: In cooler climates, Grenache Blanc tends to retain higher acidity and develop more delicate citrus and herbal notes.

Warm Climate: In warmer climates, it can achieve higher sugar levels, resulting in riper fruit flavors like peach and apricot.

Appellations / Producers of Note

Widely planted in the Southern Rhône Valley of France, particularly in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and across Spain where it is known as Garnacha Blanca.
