ZOHO CRM is one of the best web based SaaS customer relationship management web apps around and now its gone and made it even easier to capture your leads or enquiries from your website - if you use Google Sites.
Currently Social CRM is the new name for managing customers - CRM wasn’t good enough and wasn’t work for many. The new tag Social CRM refers to engaging customers online where ever they are and hopefully that’s on your website! Zoho google sites
ZOHO have been working hard at integrating more with Google Apps and publishing a web to lead form like this directly to a Google Site gets top points. If you’re considering building more of a website with Google becuase you use Google Apps, Docs or Gmail then this would be a reason to seriously consider Google Sites.
