ZOHO CRM a web based (SaaS) customer relationship management solution (CRM) recently added a bunch of new features. For sometime users were able to record events like meetings but now there is an easy way to record daily / regular contact like telephone calls.**
ZOHO CRM Call Logger
The Call Logger button is on the view Contact Detail page
Click on the Add Call button to reveal the call logger screen.
What’s useful about a call logger in ZOHO CRM?
There are a number of reasons call logging is good -.
- Record regular calls with contacts or leads
- Record notes for important calls (like verbal agreements, sales, etc)
- Record the purpose of the call (status, sales, etc)
